Barbara Zapała

Attorney at Law, graduate of the University of Silesia (2008)

​

Member of the Katowice Bar (OIRP) as a trainee since 2009 and as an attorney at law since 2013.

​

Lecturer at numerous courses for employers and employees, cooperating with the Learning Centre of the "Fundacja Rozwoju Rachunkowości".

Barbara attended several trainings for business communication at the BCC, Polish Society for Public Relations and Polish Association of Workforce Management.

​

Barbara is a Walerian Pańka prize laurete (2008) for the best graduate of the University of Silesia, where she also received Rector's distinction and the distinction of the President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice.

​

She used to hold several positions as an in-house, where she provided legal advice for management bodies and professionals at numerous corporations and associations, including PKPP Lewiatan (2008-2010).

​

Barbara is focused on business law, helping businesses from several industries including manufacturing, construction, research, IT and HR. She is frequently invloved in setting up new businesses, tax planning, labour law and data protection advice. She represents clients within public control proceedings and before the Polish courts.

 

As a passionate of the Russian speaking world and culture she is keen to help clients from this part of the world.
